Tisha B’Av memorial service

Join us at TBE for a joint service with Temple Isaiah for a solemn and spiritually powerful service commemorating Tisha B’Av.

Just seven weeks before Rosh Hashanah, Tisha B’Av also marks the beginning of the High Holidays season. Our spiritual journey of t’shuvah starts on Tisha B’Av, when we weep for the pain we have sometimes caused ourselves and others by our actions. On this night, we will come together to light the path, transitioning into this sacred time of healing with songs and readings from Eicha, the Book of Lamentations, each of us lighting a candle of memory for those we have loved and lost.
