Israel Discussion Group with Rabbi Stoller, Rabbi Meir and Rabbi Tara
A program of The Miriam & Moses Center for Pluralistic Adult Jewish Learning
With so much happening in Israel, join us for an opportunity to learn, share, and process your thoughts and feelings. Rabbi Meir and Rabbi Tara will join us, from Israel via Zoom, and Rabbi Meir in-person on May 3. They will share their on-the-ground perspective, current events and to discuss the importance of Zionism—what it means and what it means to you. Rabbi Stoller will facilitate the conversation in-person. These events will be in-person and online.

Join Gold Coast Arts Center for this new documentary about the explosion of antisemitism on college campuses, on social media and in the streets of American since October 7. This program will be followed by a Q&A with Michelle Ahdoot, Director of Programming & Strategy at End Jew Hatred. End Jew Hatred is a non-partisan international grassroots civil rights movement that unites ordinary people, activists, and organizations from around the world who support the cause that defines the movement: to end Jew-hatred in our lifetime.

A program of the Miriam & Moses Center for Pluralistic Jewish Learning
Instructors: Rabbi Brian Stoller and Regina Gil, Gold Coast Arts Center
Rabbi Stoller will lead us in study of rabbinic texts about the Land of Israel, and accomplished artist Regina Keller Gil, Founder & Executive Director of the Gold Coast Arts Center, will guide us in creating our own paintings to express our thoughts and feelings about the texts we learn. No previous painting experience is required. All that is needed is an open heart and a willingness to try.
