DESCRIPTION:Join us on a group tour at the Heckscher Museum of Art to learn
  more about their current exhibitions!\n\nEnjoy the insight of a docent vo
 lunteer to bring the visit to life. You'll be led through a tour of the mu
 seum's two current exhibitions\, Robert Graham Carter: The Art of Reflecti
 on\, and Embracing the Parallax: Berenice Abbott and Elizabeth McCausland.
  Carter is a visual artist best known for his mixed-media works including 
 commanding drawings\; sculptural\, high-relief paintings\; and whimsical w
 orks on wood. The latter show will showcase twenty-two gelatin silver prin
 ts from the collection that span key points in the photographer Berenice A
 bbott’s career\, and pair them with the writing of her lifelong romantic
  partner\, art-critic Elizabeth McCausland.\n\nWe will carpool and leave f
 rom the Temple Beth-El parking lot at 11:00am.\n\nClick here to register.\
